Give the gift of a Sleepy Pine Studio gift card this holiday season!

When you order your gift card, you can choose who the recipient will be. Upon completion of your order, my system will automatically send an email to the recipient immediately with the code and a button to redeem the gift card.

If you don’t want them to receive the gift card immediately and want to wait until the holiday, set your own email as the recipient’s email. Then you can print the email and stick it in a card, with the code or you can forward that email at a late date.

I try to ship all orders within 5-7 days, however, this can depend on how many orders I have at a given time. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me an email at hello @ theslepypine.com.

Shipping costs include the packaging and handling of your product prior to shipment as well as the actual cost of shipping.


If you are not satisfied with a product, I will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to ship the product back to me within 30 days. The product needs to be returned in the original condition.

I will return the cost of the product, less shipping. If you have any issues, please reach out to me as quickly as possible, so that I can make it right.

Custom Products & Commissions
Due to the nature of custom projects, returns are often difficult to process. However, if you are not completely happy with the product you receive, please reach out to me and I will work with you to make any changes or discuss the possibility of a refund.  Please note that returns on custom products are dependent on your project.

Broken, Bent, or Damaged
If your product is ruined during shipping, I will replace the product at no charge to you. Please have images of the damage ready upon contacting me so I can determine the best solution.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns on any products purchased for digital download. However, please reach out to me if you have any issues with the products. I will work to remedy any issues that arise with digital products.


If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please send me an email at hello @ thesleepypin.com and I will see if it is still possible to cancel it.
